WHAT IS COMPOSITE?
Wood rots. Steel rusts. Aluminum dents. Fiberglass reinforced plastic lasts.
Want the strength of steel without the weight? fiberglass-reinforced polymer (FRP) products have the advantage. corrosion-resistant, it’s fire retardant, and it has low conductivity
The material made up of two or more different elements is classified as a composite. The advantage is that multiple materials with their own unique properties can be blended together to form a better “hybrid” material, possessing qualities of each.
Fiber Reinforced Composite (also Fiber-reinforced polymer) is a composite material comprising a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibers are usually fiberglass, carbon, or aramid , while the polymer is usually an epoxy, vinlyester or polyester thermosetting plastic
